Hi, I’m Abbey.

I'm a leadership coach and trainer on a mission to help leaders create healthier, happier workplaces. Over the past 20 years, I’ve designed and led leadership development programs both in-house at a Fortune 50 company and as a consultant for organizations of all sizes.
